You can switch between the various poses contained within Anatomy 360, however you can’t actually pose the models. The whole point of using scans is that they are exact representations of the actual models that we scan. If we were to make them poseable it would create unrealistic deformations and defeat the purpose of the package.
We are however working on a body scanning process that will allow us to create a fully poseable model with realistic deformations. The is known as BACS (Body Action Coding System). it’s incredibly complicated and requires us to capture 100’s of scans of a single person in every possible position. From that, we can then build a poseable model with 100% accurate muscle deformation. It will take some time and a lot of research.
No, I’m afraid not, we do operate another site called www.3dscanstore.com where you can purchase some of the models used in Anatomy 360.
No, currently we don’t support Mac, however in our next release we will do so.
Due to the large model and texture sizes, Anatomy 360 may run slowly on integrated graphics chipsetsĀ such as those found in tablet PCs and PCs with onboard graphics. We highly recommend using a computer with a dedicated Nvidia or ATI graphics card.
It will run on a powerful tablet PC such as a Surface Pro but not on and Ipad just yet.
When you click the ‘save image’ button the app will save the screen shot to your My Pictures folder.
Currently, we have not implementedĀ touch support for Anatomy 360. We will be doing so in the future, for now, I’m afraid it’s not an option.
Please see our handy license guide
If you’re getting paid for a project then you need a commercial license; if you’re not getting paid then a private license is fine. For example, if you are producing a series of drawing tutorials that you are going to release for free then a private license is absolutely fine. If you’re giving a lecture or a talk at a university of a conference and you are not profiting from it then a private use license is also fine. If however you are getting paid for or selling tutorials then you must purchase a commercial license.
Please contact us using the email address on the contact page and we will help you with the problem. If in the event that we can’t get the software to run we will issue you with a full refund.
